Yoga for Kids
A family that plays together, stays together! The gift of breath and movement through the practice of yoga for the whole family! This one-hour, child-focused Hatha yoga class will include yoga poses, two breathing techniques and a yoga game.
Yoga + Mindfulness for KIDS
Danay has dedicated her life to making a difference for children and teens. She has experience working as a behavioral therapist for children with Autism, teaching teenagers a relationship-based approach to business and Masters degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica.
YogaBuddies™ was created by combining Danay’s valuable experience with her care for children and her passion for yoga. Because she lives the life she teaches, the YogaBuddies™ program continues to be a learning and growing experience for Danay as well as for the entire YogaBuddies™ team.
Danay is a 7-year breast cancer survivor and a proud new mom as of August 2012. Her experience continually motivates her to share the skills she’s learned with others.
