Vitality Cleanse

In the Vitality  Cleanse Workshop we will focus on Physical Postures (Asanas) and Breathing Exercises (Pranayama) aimed at cleansing specific organs.  By expanding, contracting and twisting with each organ, we activate the lymphatic system to rid the body of toxins.  Through this process, we will detoxify organs such as the stomach, intestines, liver, spleen and kidneys.  Another important part of the body that needs constant cleansing is the mind.  This workshop will also include guided meditation, which will help purify the mind for better focus and concentration.   You will leave feeling cleansed and re-vitalized!

Please note, this class includes several forward bends and twists and is not recommended for women who are pregnant.  Also, please do not eat at least 2 hours prior to class.

Rhythm Flow

Have you ever been in a yoga class and a rockin’ song came on that just made you want to move, and instead you were stuck holding Warrior Two?  Rhythm Flow yoga combines elements of yoga and dance and is set to music. When these elements combine, we can unwind the tension in our bodies, catch a wave of momentum and break thru any obstacles in our path.  We’ll start with some yoga sequences that move you around the room helping you to break out of feeling restricted or confined to a mat.  Then, we move to learning a flow sequence set to music, which gives you the opportunity to attach your breath and movement to an external rhythm.  The breath, body, music connection is unlike any other and will allow you to flow with a sense of ease and grace.
