Prime-Time Health is a scientifically proven plan for healthy aging that is taught by a Certified Health Coach through interactive workshops. These workshops include hands-on activities, healthy snacks and recipes:

Each class has been designed to be 2 hours long. This simple healthy-aging program will help adults and seniors:
- Understand how the body changes during prime time
- Prevent disease and unhealthy aging
- Boost energy, stress less, sleep better and sharpen thinking
- Reduce the risk of cancer and the “highs” (blood pressure, cholesterol)
- Become fit, strong and flexible
Teresa Goldmann is a Mother and Certified Health Coach. She teaches classes at venues in Torrance, Redondo Beach, Hermosa and Manhattan Beach about natural and safe ways to improve health. She educates the public on the many benefits of holistic health, diabetes prevention, cancer prevention, brain health and weight management. She teaches Prenatal Wellness classes, Nutrition Classes for families with young children, and Wellness and Nutrition classes called Primetime Health for men and women over 40. She has dedicated her time and energy as a Mother to find alternative healing techniques and natural ways to provide nutrition for her family and friends. When she is not hosting a health and wellness workshop, she teaches art, plays basketball with her boys; she loves jogging, beach volleyball, yoga & photography.
