About Natalie:

Growing up in Southern California as a middle child, I had a joyous and bountiful youth filled with different types of dancing. I danced ballet from the age of three and joined a company at the age of 12. After attending Joffrey Ballet’s summer intensive program at the age of 16, it became undeniably apparent I had an eating disorder and an ongoing conflict with self-image.

After graduating with a Food Science degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, I began working for a food company focused on providing healthy food as their primary initiative. Having a dancing background, I immersed myself in the mecca of yoga Los Angeles has to offer and attended a yoga teacher training at Bhakti Yoga Shala in Santa Monica, CA, where I became certified to teach yoga and lead kirtan. I also attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s Holistic Health Coaching Program where I learned the foundation and science behind numerous diets and spiritual practices.

Through this on-going journey of holistic education, I have learned some extremely useful tools that have enabled me to thrive from the heart, rather than the mind. To let go of the fear, the worry, the doubt, the self-criticism and truly live my life as it should be lived-with unadulterated joy, trust and absolute bliss. Techniques such as mantra, meditation and journaling have been integral in my spiritual evolution

and I am dedicated to sharing these gifts with as many people as I can across every city, state and country. I wholeheartedly believe that the stronger and more mindful we become as individuals, the more centered and soulful of an environment we create for others.
