This special workshop will be centered around specific poses, sequences and use of essential oils to take you on a  journey into your heart and expose yourself to greater self-love, gratitude and a deeper connection with others.

Whether you suffer from physical tightness or tension in your heart, attend this Heart Opening Aroma Workshop and walk out feeling lighter, brighter and more receptive to all that surrounds you. Remember, true love starts from within.

Katie has always had a deep passion for health and understands how optimal wellness involves both the body and mind. Over the years, yoga has transformed not only her physical health, but improved nearly all aspects of her life. Katie initially began her yoga practice as a complement to a successful springboard diving career in college. When she made yoga a regular practice years later, everything shifted. Many health concerns which plagued her for years improved, a new career path focused on yoga and wellness developed, and most importantly, a deeper passion for life emerged.

Katie received her 200-hr RYT training at Harmony Yoga, and recently lived in Thailand for two months to complete her 500-hr RYT training. Katie has completed numerous trainings over the years, and most recently began teaching SUP Yoga. Katie also helps lead the 200-hr Yoga Teacher Trainings at Harmony Yoga. 

Katie guides her students through creative, fun and effective Vinyasa flow classes and meditations with a sense of focused intention, mindfulness, compassion and love. Katie’s deepest desire is to guide others along their personal path to well-being and happiness. Whether you are new to yoga, or an experienced practitioner, she will help you deepen your practice to restore your body, mind and soul.

 In addition to Katie’s passion for teaching yoga, she also leads the Corporate Wellness Program at a local Fortune 100 company where she helps employees understand the necessity of staying well in the workplace for greater overall health, happiness and productivity.
