Yoga Storytelling:  Indian Mythology and Asana

Every pose that we practice teaches us something far beyond the physical.  In this workshop, we will discuss the juicy and insightful stories behind the names of many of our most challenging, favorite poses and how practicing each of them gives us a valuable tool in our daily lives.  We will then come to our mats for an energizing, challenging flow class focusing on the poses discussed.  ***A strong yoga practice is recommended.
