It will be a fun and relaxing way to learn the basics of working with and stretching out another person.About Cooper: Growing up with an athletic background, Cooper’s first impression of yoga was that it couldn’t possibly be challenging enough… And man, was she wrong! After taking her first class, she knew this was something more than just a workout which is what kept her coming back for more. After completing her 200hr RYT in 2013 through CorePower Yoga, Cooper went on to teach various levels of vinyasa style classes for a year throughout the OC region. She is also certified in Yoga Sculpt and is always open to expanding in her knowledge of yoga, spirituality, and the human body. A key element in Cooper’s classes is her selection of soulful, groovy music that evokes a powerful vibration amongst her students. Cooper’s mission as an instructor is to embody authenticity and create unity by being a conduit of light and love.andrewAbout Andrew: An LA born, SF bred, UCSB graduate, Hermosa Beach resident and world traveler. After graduating college and working a short stint at 9-5 desk jobs, he set off traveling independently for nearly 2 years all over the world – climbing to Everest base camp, tracking lions in Kenya, sailing to Madagascar, studying meditation in India, and much more. Amongst all of this, he learned that the 2 things he cared about most were music and exercise. After surfing, snowboarding, soccer and crossfit, Andrew fell in love with yoga, and after practicing for many years, he finally got his 200 hour RYT in August of 2016. Andrew is also in 2 up and coming LA bands; Mothlight and Lone Kodiak.
