Reiki is an ancient Japanese stress reduction and relaxation technique that helps lead to healing and well-being.
Reiki is energy healing, hands on healing. It is a “laying on of the hands” technique that enables the healer to channel universal life force energy through hand to the healee. “Rei” means Universal, Spiritual, Divine, Wisdom and “Ki” means Life Force Energy. Simply definded, Reiki means Universal Life Force Energy.
Reiki can be integrated with meditation, yoga, massage, hospitals, before and after surgery, injury, cancer support, family therapy, drug- and alcohol support, hospice and pets. It can be integrated for others or ourselves in our life journey.
Claudia uses her gifts in a unique way in her teachings. She combines Yoga, Therapeutic Oils and Reiki at all levels and enjoys teaching classes that integrate breath work, meditation, Reiki (Universal Life Force), deep stretch, core strength and slow flow and a period of relaxation.
Claudia Bumuller is a Yoga Alliance RYT Instructor, certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher, and Member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals. An Urban Zen Integrated Therapist that integrates Yoga Therapy, Therapeutic Essential Oils and Reiki in hospitals. Founder of the Urban Zen Integrated Therapy Program with Donna Karen and Rodney Yee. Owner of Feel the Bliss of Yoga & Reiki.
She integrates the 5 modalities in her daily practice for herself and clients and hosts Reiki Level I, II, III and Master Training at different location in the South Bay.
Her purpose is to make a difference in someone’s life journey.
Claudia teaches Yoga and Reiki in different studios, spas, hotels, movie studios, art shows, nonprofit organizations. She creates and leads yoga & wellness retreats and participates at wellness events. She treats and coaches international clients with yoga & reiki therapy.
