Brittany’s favorite wellness go-to is what she likes to call “dance-asana” – turning on her favorite song as loud as possible, closing her eyes, and dancing like crazy! She has created Freedom Practices to encourage our overworked, overstressed, overstimulated society to let go and have some fun. Freedom Practices include movement, meditation, breath work and spiritual nourishment, leaving students feeling calm and happy, walking off of their mats with smiles on their faces and in their hearts. Brittany’s purpose, as an instructor, is to guide her students through safe and fun alignment-based classes with the intention of cultivating peace, happiness and balance. Brittany specializes in teaching physically challenging Power Vinyasa Flow classes, in addition to nourishing Restorative, Yin, Gentle Yoga & Freedom Practices. She also teaches Guided Visualization Meditation, Moving Meditation, Body Scan Meditation & Pranayama techniques. We all have a beautiful light within us – Brittany strives to share her light with the world and encourages others to do the same.
