Join Barb for two hours of power paradigm shifting as you learn to bring yoga to work. This workshop includes:
One-hour PowerPoint presentation highlighting the risk factors and solutions associated with working behind a desk, at a computer and in a seated position for most of the day. Corporate Yoga stretches and breathing techniques included throughout presentation. She follows up with a one-hour yoga class highlighting hip, shoulder and thorax opening asana.
Barb Phillips OTD, Doctor of Occupational Therapy with over 30 years of experience working in healthcare, corporate wellness and academia. She owns and operates her corporate wellness and ergonomic business, Ergo Life Solutions. Her passion for providing holistic, integrated wellness services continues to expand. In 2015, she became a Level II Reiki practitioner and in May of this year, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher training through YogaWorks.
