Energy Healing Yoga
Energy Healing Yoga teaches its practitioners to directly draw energy from the air, sun, ground and other spiritual sources and then project this energy into the body balancing and healing the energy center’s of the body (aura & chakra’s).
Energy Healing Yoga recognizes that every ailment produces a unique set of energetic patterns which can be identified in the body’s chakras and meridians. Yoga Asana practice is designed to clear physical blockages in the body and energize the body through physical movement and pranayama (Breathing Techniques). By combining a physical Asana Practice and Energy Healing we can balance the body and mind and heal physical illness and mental problems in the body.
Energy Healing Yoga Employs simple yoga postures with breathing, visualization and healing with the hands to accelerate your body’s ability to heal itself. You will have the opportunity to experience intense Stillness, Peace and bliss through this powerful practice.

Amy is a compassionate, knowledgeable, and energetic yoga teacher who truly loves her work.
Her expansive course studies including 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training, Arhatic Yoga, Pranic Healing Levels I-III, Higher Clairvoyance, and Advanced Pranic Psychotherapy provides AMy with a holistic background in Yogic practices. IN 2008 Amy spent a month in India learning Kriya Yoga at the Bihar School of Yoga propelling her practice to the next level.
Amy views yoga as a multilayered journey that inspires connection with the true self within. Her classes are physically challenging holistic explorations of the whole self, mind, body and spirit. You will sweat, smile, laugh and learn how to connect with yourself differently every time you step onto your yoga mat with Amy as your guide.
